Face to Face
Face-to-Face Personal Training is ideal for you if:
- You prioritise personalised attention and hands-on guidance.

- You prefer a structured environment and enjoy the social aspect of training.
- You’re willing to invest in your fitness and have the time and budget for regular in-person sessions.
- You’re seeking a more comprehensive approach to fitness that includes lifestyle coaching and personalised nutrition guidance.
1-2-1 personal training sessions will take place at the location stated and/or confirmed with you and the trainer.
Prior to your first committed session you would need to complete a Needs Analysis Form and PAR-Q Medical Form. This will allow Me to further learn how your body moves mechanically plus it will highlight any noticeable weaknesses which may need to be addressed when you embark on your journey.
Online Coaching
Online Coaching is ideal for you if:
- You have a busy schedule or travel frequently but are committed to making time for your fitness.
- You’re motivated and self-disciplined, and enjoy the freedom of independent training.
- You have some prior training experience and are looking for a customised plan to build upon.
- You’re budget-conscious or face financial constraints that limit your options for one-on-one training.
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using online platforms for communication and training.
- You cannot easily access a personal trainer due to distance or location.
Prior to your bespoke online plan, a Zoom/WhatsApp call will be arranged to learn more about your goals, how the Online Coaching would work and answer any further queries.
